A Floor Plan Review is an analysis of your home as a whole: how spaces relate to each other, where the layout is working, and where it is not. Not furniture, not finishes. The bones of the house.
You send me your floor plan or plans (photo or PDF is fine) along with a completed briefing, which you can download below. In return, you receive an annotated PDF with observations on spatial flow, circulation, proportions, and the relationship between spaces. Honest and specific, whether you are planning a renovation or simply trying to understand why the house does not feel right.
If after reviewing your plans the layout appears to be working well, I will let you know before sending an invoice.

£300 for homes up to 3 bedrooms. £500 for 4 bedrooms or more. Delivered within 5 working days.
