Every project starts the same way: a conversation. From there, the process is straightforward. Some people stop after a step or two with exactly what they needed. Others go all the way through to a finished room. Both are good outcomes.
01. Conversation
A free 30-minute call to talk about your home, what is not quite working, and whether forma seventy nine can help. No obligation, no pitch.
02. Site visit
We visit your home to see the space properly, understand how you use it day to day, and start shaping the brief. This is where the real picture of the project begins to form. There’s a fee for this step, which is offset against the cost of the project if you go ahead.
03. Proposal
A clear written proposal setting out what the work involves, how it will be delivered, and what it costs. Everything agreed upfront, nothing vague.
04. Design
This is the core of the work: spatial analysis, layout studies, material decisions, lighting, and a complete design scheme for your home. Drawings and details you (or your contractors) can actually build from.
05. On site
We stay involved while the work happens, visiting site and working alongside your contractors to make sure what’s been designed is what gets built.
