If you’re planning changes to your home but aren’t sure where to start, this consultation gives you clarity – without committing to a full project.

We’ll spend time in your home, walking through the space, talking about what works and what doesn’t. I’ll listen, observe, and share my initial thoughts on layout, flow, and spatial possibilities.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s possible – and a written summary of our discussion.

What’s included

  • Up to 90 minutes in your home – across Cardiff, Swansea, Vale of Glamorgan and surrounding areas
  • A conversation about your space – what works, what doesn’t, how you live in it
  • My initial observations – spatial opportunities, layout considerations, structural possibilities
  • A written summary – a brief report capturing what we discussed and potential next steps

How it works

  1. Book online – pay £325 to secure your appointment
  2. I visit your home – we walk through the space together
  3. We talk – I listen, ask questions, and share my initial thoughts
  4. You receive a summary – a short report with key observations
  5. Decide what’s next – take the thoughts away, or let’s talk about a full design package

What this consultation is (and isn’t)

This is:

  • A chance to get professional perspective on your space
  • A conversation about layout, flow, and spatial possibilities
  • A starting point- whether you go it alone or we work together

This isn’t:

  • A full design package with detailed drawings or specifications
  • A commitment to a larger project
  • A substitute for structural engineering advice

If you’d like me to develop a full design package – drawings, specifications, working with your builder – we can discuss that after the consultation. The fee is credited toward the full package if you choose to proceed.
